Mop & Pop was born out of frustration that every Airbnb host knows too well — unreliable cleaners, clunky communication, and last-minute WhatsApp requests. As hosts ourselves in Dubai, we realised the industry was stuck in outdated methods that simply don’t work for modern property management.

 

Our co-founders bring two distinct strengths together. One has over a decade of experience running Airbnbs and managing properties in Ireland and Dubai, understanding exactly what it takes to deliver seamless guest experiences. The other has a background in tech, with the skills to build smarter systems that solve real-world problems.​

 

We designed Mop & Pop to take the stress out of hosting. Our system integrates directly with your property management software (PMS) or Airbnb calendar, so every clean is scheduled automatically — no manual bookings, no missed messages, no last-minute scrambles. Every service is logged, tracked, and managed through technology that ensures nothing falls through the cracks.​ But while the system is smart, our standards are human.
